WANT TO THROW HARDER?
WANT TO THROW MORE STRIKES?
WANT TO THROW BETTER OFFSPEEED?
WANT TO BE HEALTHIER?
ELITE VELO JR. IS A CONDENSED (1 DAY A WEEK), LESS AGGRESSIVE VERSION OF ELITE VELO BUT WILL HAVE THE SAME CONCEPTS AND TOOLS APPLIED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM WITH THE SAME PROFESSIONALS IN CHARGE RUNNING THE PROGRAM. THIS IS A 10 WEEK PROGRAM AND WE WILL NOT INCORPORATE THE WEIGHTROOM WITH THESE YOUNGER KIDS.
BELOW IS OUR INTIAL ROLLOUT OF THE PROGRAM AND IMPLEMENTED BY CURRENT PROFESSIONAL PITCHER JOHN MATTHEWS. IT WILL NOT BE SIMPLY A THROWING PROGRAM! IT WILL BE AN ALL ENCOMPASING PROGRAM RUN BY A PROFESSIONAL WHO UTILIZES THESE TOOLS EVERY DAY! IT IS APPLICABLE FOR ALL AGES AND SKILL SETS AND VERY COST EFFECTIVE COMPARED TO OTHER SIMILAR PROGRAMS.
THURSDAY WINTER DATES
Start Date: JANUARY 5TH - END MARCH 9TH (10 TOTAL WEEKS- $575)
ELITE VELO JR. PITCHING PROGRAM
THE ELITE VELO JR. IS FOR ANYONE WANTING TO GET BETTER, SPECIFICALLY THE PLAYERS UNDER 14 WHO ARE PHYSICALLY NOT READY FOR A SUPER HIGH INTENSITY THROWING PROGRAM. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO BE AN ELITE PITCHING PROGRAM FOR THE PITCHER LOOKING TO DEVELOP VELOCITY, COMMAND, PRO LEVEL MECHANICS, SECONDARY PITCH DEVELOPMENT AND THE MENTAL PART OF PITCHING. THIS PROGRAM IS IMPLEMENTED BY JOHN MATTHEWS, CURRENT TEXAS RANGERS PROFESSIONAL PITCHER AND FORMER 8TH ROUNDER OUT OF KENT STATE. THIS IS AN ALL ENCOMPASSING PROGRAM THAT GIVES THE PLAYER AN ADDED ADVANTAGE OVER OTHER PLAYERS COMPETING AT THEIR LEVEL. THIS IS NOT YOUR GARDEN VARIETY VELOCITY THROWING PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO MAKE YOU A BETTER PITCHER, NOT JUST HARDER THROWER!
The reality is that pitchers are throwing harder now because of programs like this but pitchers are also throwing less strikes and don’t do the small things well like hold runners, pitch backwards or exploit hitter weaknesses. With Our Elite Velo Program Jr. you are betting on the knowledge of the people we have in place to help make you better!!
MANY PROGRAMS LIKE THIS ARE POPPING UP ALL OVER THE PLACE BUT ARE ESSENTIALLY “THROWING PROGRAMS" IMPLEMENTED IN SOME CASES BY SOMEONE WHO MIGHT NOT HAVE EVEN BEEN A PITCHER OR A HIGH LEVEL CATCHER. THE TWO MOST IMPORTANT FACTORS IN GETTING BETTER WITHIN A TEAM, PROGRAM, LESSON OR CLASS IS THE INFORMATION YOU ARE GETTING AND THE WORK YOU PUT INTO IT! IF YOU ARE INVESTING IN YOURSELF, MAKE CERTAIN YOU HAVE SOMEONE LEADING YOU WHO HAS THE BASEBALL PLAYING OR COACHING CREDENTIALS TO BACK UP THEIR WORK!

Other Programs or Devices we use within the ELITE VELO classes
Jaeger Bands have been around for 10-15 years and have been a staple for many baseball players getting and staying healthy, throwing harder and learning the importance of arm care.
Pitch AI will be used in conjunction with our spin rate and velocity measuring radar gun to help determine what mechanical adjustments we can make to help you perform better. This software is backed by Driveline and Prep Baseball Report as well as MLB teams. The technology is simple to use AND interpret!
PC 360 Powercore
The PC 360 is a belt system designed to teach explosiveness in both the lower and upper half of the body. The drills used help the player develop a better/quicker feel for how to maximize their energy while throwing.
